'SAANJH' is a collaborative initiative between the Police and Community which embodies a grassroots approach through SUB-DIVISION SAANJH KENDRAS and POLICE STATION SAANJH KENDRAS. This philosophy focuses on fostering a partnership between law enforcement and the local community to identify communal needs and issues, working together to devise solutions that align with community expectations.

The system includes DSK (District Level SAANJH Kendras), SBSK (Sub-Division SAANJH Kendra), and PSSK (Police Station SAANJH Kendra).

To utilize this service, users must have a stable data or WiFi connection on their Android phones. Individuals can visit a DSK, complete the necessary details in the SAANJH Performa, provide a valid self-attested ID Proof to the DSK operator. Following a verification period of up to 10 days, applicants can obtain software-generated Police Clearance, Character Verification, Civil Verification, and Military Verification from either the District Saanjh Kendra or through the SAANJH APP.

This platform allows for the submission of various articles or documents such as mobile phones, passports, PAN cards, credit cards, debit cards, driving licenses, Aadhar cards, institutional documents, identity cards, among others.
